Making Progress

It's been a while since I've been able to update this (the camera keeps going AWOL), but there's been steady progress since. Fabrication, test fitting, correcting minor mistakes, and assembly. Lots of teaching (Dad) and learning (me).

All of the sheet metal forward of the front bulkhead is new, and most of the front bulkhead and all of the pedal box is new. The leg rest is also new. Working with the local machine shop turned out to be more trouble than it was worth (for both parties), so all of the fab has been done by either Dad, Mike or me.

The front is nearly done, and for now we're going to start moving back and work on some other damaged areas on the tub. The extra sheets of 6061 I bought are turning out to be a good idea.
