Front Teardown

Real life caught back up for a while, and things slowed down a bit on the car. I've still been able to work in the garage most days for an hour or so, which is probably good at this point - it can feel a bit overwhelming with what's going on.

After taking off the rear suspension, I moved back up front. I'm well into the teardown of the tub, and it looks like near the front most of the sheet metal needs to be replaced. The local machine shop seems excited about helping me with the car, and Dad has found a good sheet metal supplier in Orlando, where Mike Schmidt's letting us use his shear and brake. Looks like we've got options for sheet metal work - maybe do the easy stuff ourselves and farm out the complex pieces?
